As President of Strand, Kevin oversees all aspects of the company’s activities across British Columbia. Under his disciplined leadership, Strand’s portfolio has expanded to include over 4,000 residential homes completed, under construction or in pre-development, and 1 million square feet of commercial and industrial space in the pipeline.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honours, along with a Chartered Accountant designation and later served as Chief Financial Officer at a local development company. There, he managed operations in both the United States and Canada, resulting in the development of over 1,500 homes. Kevin obtained his CA designation while working in KPMG Vancouver’s audit and tax practices.
