Lilian Arishenkoff, Senior Vice-President of Development, is responsible for managing Wesbild’s residential, mixed use and industrial portfolios. With over 25 years of experience, she is a leader in real estate strategy, planning and process management, and partnership creation. Prior to joining Wesbild, Lilian held senior roles at several prominent development firms, including Intracorp, Polygon and Townline Homes. She has also worked as a policy and development planner at multiple municipalities in the lower mainland. Her private and public sector experience provides Lilian with a unique perspective on many aspects of development, including project envisioning, design development, municipal approvals, project construction and execution. Lilian is a Registered Professional Planner and holds a Master of Community and Regional Planning from University of British Columbia.
