Marianne Dobslaw joined Atrium Mortgage Investment Corporation (“Atrium MIC”) in 2014 as Managing Director of British Columbia. Atrium MIC is one of the largest mortgage investment corporations in Canada, with assets of almost $900 million. The company is one of only three publicly traded nonbank lenders on the TSX, and has funded more than $3.25 billion of loans across a wide variety of asset types including low, mid and high-rise residential, retail, office and industrial real estate.
Marianne has over 30 years of mortgage banking experience, most recently as Vice President for 10 years at a major private non-bank lender, and before that as Director of GE Capital and Vice President of Citibank Canada. She has a B.Sc. (Civil Engineering) from the University of Alberta, and an MBA from the University of British Columbia. Since joining Atrium in 2014, Marianne has originated $950 million of real estate financings including construction, term, mezzanine and equity facilities across all asset classes.
