Matt Muir is the Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at Coast Capital Savings and leads a 30-person team spread across locations in Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey and Victoria. A graduate of UBC’s Sauder School of Business, Matt spent time working in appraisal, brokerage, and land acquisitions before moving into banking and commercial lending. Coast Capital’s real estate group provides term, CMHC, land and construction financing across all asset types spread throughout BC, as well as major urban markets across Canada.
