Meaghan Tullis is the Executive Vice President of Income Producing Properties at SHAPE, a real estate investment, development, and management company headquartered in Vancouver, BC. In her role, she oversees the accounting, finance, operations, leasing, and marketing for a portfolio of more than ten income producing properties. Meaghan has an extensive background in finance and property management, having earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria and a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan. She completed her CPA designation in 2011, further enhancing her expertise in financial leadership and real estate operations. In addition to her role at SHAPE, Meaghan was on the Board of Directors for CREW Vancouver (2022-2023), a dynamic organization dedicated to advancing women as leaders in the commercial real estate industry. With her leadership in both SHAPE and CREW, Meaghan brings a wealth of knowledge, strategic insight, and a commitment to fostering diversity and innovation within the real estate sector.
