Mike Maierle is the Founder and President of ETRO Construction. A BCIT Alumnus, Mike began his career at one of Canada’s leading General Contractors and spent almost fifteen years working on large scale commercial, institutional and residential projects in Vancouver and the Bahamas. In 2015 Mike left the company to fulfill a dream of building his own business.

Eight years ago, ETRO Construction was founded from a desire to do things differently—using innovation and technology to change the way we build. Today, ETRO is one of the fastest growing companies in Canada. With over 100 employees and over $140M in revenue, it has been voted one of one of BC’s Top Employers for 2023 and built a reputation of being transparent, forward-thinking and focused on building and maintaining loyal partnerships within the industry.

Mike plays an active role in all aspects of the business with a focus on pre-construction, business development, strategic growth and new innovative ventures.
