Paul Faibish joined QuadReal in May 2022. As Senior Vice President, Development, he is responsible for leading and managing QuadReal’s team executing the development program in British Columbia.
He was formerly the Senior Vice President, Development at Anthem Properties where he managed the full development lifecycle of a range of residential and mixed-use, multi-phased projects. Previously, Paul worked for a private residential developer and a municipality as a development planner.
Paul holds a degree in Urban Studies and Sociology from the University of Toronto and a Master of Planning Degree from the University of British Columbia. He is an active member of the development community and currently serves as the Chair of the UDI Burnaby Liaison Committee. Paul also volunteers with the Contemporary Art Gallery as President of its Board of Directors.
