Randy Hoffman is the CEO of Realstar, a leading owner and operator of multi-family and hospitality asset across Canada and the UK. Having joined Realstar in April 2025, Randy is focused on the growth and strategic positioning of the companies Canadian $7.5 billion portfolio consisting of over 22,000 units.

A well-respected leader in the global real estate landscape, Randy’s career has spanned Toronto and New York in addition to investing across Europe and APAC. Prior to joining Realstar, Randy spent 20 years at Oxford Properties Group holding progressive leadership positions throughout his tenure, with responsibilities covering asset management, operations, development, acquisitions, and dispositions, across all major asset classes including multi-family, office, retail, industrial, and hospitality. Prior to joining Oxford, Randy worked at Redcliff Realty Advisors and Bank of Montreal.

Randy holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and a BA in Statistical Science from the University of Western Ontario.
