Robert is Vice President and co‑lead of Oxford’s Hotels platform, where he sets strategic direction across the hotel portfolio and oversees people leadership, real estate planning, and capital allocation. His focus includes asset plans and operating strategies, capital recycling, acquisitions and dispositions, and hotel credit evaluation.
Robert also leads partnership and stakeholder engagement with co‑owners, government and agencies, and brand/operator partners. He leads Oxford’s broader Hotel Asset teams responsible for business performance, including forecasting, performance monitoring and reporting, valuations, and operational enhancements to drive income growth, and supports capital reinvestment planning, including strategy, budgeting, and multi‑year planning.
With 15+ years of hospitality and investment experience, Robert has been at Oxford for over 10 years and previously held asset management and advisory roles with Westmont Hospitality Group and TRI Hospitality Consulting (now CBRE EMEA). He holds an MBA from Plymouth University and a BA (Hons) in International Hospitality Management from Robert Gordon University.
