Roz brings extensive experience working with commercial tenants, valued partners, and negotiating leases across leading markets in North America. Since joining the Nicola Real Estate team in 2021, she has played a key role in collaboratively leading the leasing and asset management team from Vancouver.

Roz began her real estate career in Toronto in 2005 with a national commercial brokerage firm. She then spent more than a decade with Brookfield Properties, where she leased some of Toronto’s most iconic downtown office towers, including First Canadian Place and Brookfield Place/BCE Place.

After relocating back to Vancouver, Roz had the opportunity to work on several ground‑up office developments such as Deloitte Summit and Main Alley. Today, her office mandates spans select projects across North America as well as the Vancouver and Surrey markets. She is most energized by the opportunity to work with a talented, collaborative team to increase occupancy and create win‑win outcomes across the portfolio.
