Russell leads Ledcor’s vertical construction operations across Canada, with accountability for strategy, performance, and long-term growth of the business. The group delivers complex building projects across residential, commercial, institutional, healthcare, industrial, and infrastructure-related sectors.
Since joining Ledcor in 2010, Russell has held progressively senior leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Infrastructure Developments, where he supported large-scale and complex construction initiatives, including public-private partnership projects across the Construction, LTS, and Civil Infrastructure groups.
Russell holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Victoria and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from California State University.
