Ryan Kerr specializes in industrial land sales, building sales, leasing and investment sales throughout Metro Vancouver and British Columbia. He utilizes his breadth of experience and in-depth market knowledge to best serve his clients’ needs, often providing creative solutions to overcome deal-specific obstacles. Ryan is an integral member of the Vancouver Industrial Advisory Team at the Vancouver office. Ryan has represented a variety of businesses involved in the development community, film studios, government entities, investors, industrial service businesses, supply-chain groups, and distribution/logistics companies. Ryan has been a lead negotiator in over 12 million square feet of sales and lease transactions representing a transaction value of over $4.0 billion.
