Ted Mildon leads Oxford Properties Group’s Vancouver office portfolio, overseeing Leasing and Operations. Ted plays a key role in shaping national operations, leasing strategies, and driving execution. Ted works closely with Oxford’s investment, development, and construction teams, as well as supporting various corporate initiatives.

Before joining Oxford, Ted built expertise in investment and land sales at Colliers in both Vancouver and Edmonton. Ted has served as president of NAIOP’s Vancouver chapter and contributed to advisory positions with UDI U40 and BC Children’s Hospital.

Outside of work, Ted is often found at the rink or on the soccer sidelines—coaching youth sports or staying active on the ice himself.
