Tim Philpotts is a Partner with EY and is recognized nationally as one of the leading financial advisors on infrastructure transactions. He has been involved in infrastructure and P3 work for more than 25 years and has advised on over 70 projects with total capital value of over $50 billion that have reached financial close.

Tim has worked extensively on a diverse array of major infrastructure projects across many sectors including energy generation and transmission, transportation, and accommodation projects. He has advised governments, fist nations and private sector partners on major infrastructure projects and has also led the formation of a pension backed infrastructure fund and the successful investment in a number of PPP projects.
