Trevor is a Co-Founder and CEO of Forgestone and is responsible for the strategic direction of the company’s business, having a pivotal role in the overall investment strategy, deal generation and deal execution process. Trevor brings more than 34 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and more than $40 BN of investment and debt financing expertise. Through Trevor’s leadership, Forgestone has grown to over $5 BN of assets under management and have raised +$1.5 BN of equity associated with the company’s Opportunity Funds, Mortgage Fund, and 3rd party asset Advisory Business. Prior to founding Forgestone, Trevor was Co-Head of the Real Estate Capital Markets group at Bank of Montreal, where he established the company’s successful real estate practice and brokerage business.
