Attendance at the Vancouver Real Estate Strategy & Leasing Conference might be eligible for Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) Continuing Professional Development (CPDs) Credits.
BCREA (BC Realtors Association)
Real Estate Conferences and forums are a great way to improve your professional practice and can be used toward your self-directed Professional Development Program (PDP) hours! The Vancouver Real Estate Strategy & Leasing Conference has a full day of scheduled events. Attendees requiring proof of completion to report self-directed PDP hours will be given a Certificate of Attendance, which can be requested during registration.
BOMI International
Law Society of British Columbia
The program might be approved by the Law Society of British Columbia within the self-reporting Continuing Professional Development Program. As this activity is self-reporting, members may submit their request for these hours to be applied to their account. A certificate of attendance can be requested during registration. Law Society of New Brunswick

This program might be eligible toward the Law Society’s CPD Requirement for Substantive Hours - 1 credit per hour of conference participation. Mortgage Professionals Canada
The program might be eligible by Mortgage Professionals Canada for CE Units in the Professional Development Category. This activity is self-reporting and can be achieved by logging into your account at www.mortgageproscan.ca and clicking on “My Account”, and then selecting “My Activities”. Please make sure to request a certificate of attendance when registering.
KEY POINTS TO KNOW ABOUT EARNING YOUR CPD CREDITS
Attendance Certificate
Requests for Attendance Certificates can be requested during the event registration process.
A per event, one-off non-refundable admin fee of $50 plus tax will be applied. More than one certificate per event can be requested.
The admin fee is waived for REF Club Members, speakers and those attendees using sponsor allocated registrations.
Any inquiries regarding credits must be received by the organizers within three months following the date of the event. After this date, the CPD certificate process will be deemed closed and the organizers are not obligated to enter into dialogue for requests, edits to attendance certificates nor submissions to associations.
CPD Policies
Where requested by an association, attendance audits will be provided.
The organizers will not enter into communications between an association and attendee in regards to disputes on qualifying attendance for credits, other than to provide attendance lists.
Those not present for the entire event annul their right to an attendance certificate.
Admin fees are non-refundable.
