Bianca Gilbert joins the CBRE industrial team with almost a decade of experience in industrial sales and leasing. Focusing throughout the Fraser Valley, Bianca works closely with each of her clients to position them for success in Metro Vancouver’s highly competitive industrial arena. Bianca represents a wide range of industrial uses, from tenant and landlord representation, to the investment community on the acquisition and disposition of assets. Her ability to provide strategic solutions, strong work ethic, and her proactive transaction management skills deliver a seamless process for her clients and network.

Bianca has been directly involved in the acquisition and disposition of over 600 acres of commercial land and has facilitated over 850,000 SF of commercial leases throughout British Columbia. Previously, Bianca worked at an internationally recognized brokerage headquartered in Vancouver.
