Geoff Nagle has over 35 years of professional experience designing, acquiring, and developing commercial real estate assets, Geoff brings his passion for urban development to his role as Director of Development for Morguard. In that role, Geoff has selected, coordinated, and led multi-disciplinary teams to the successful execution of more than 1.63 million sq. ft. of office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use development projects, producing assets with a total value in excess of $800M. Significant projects in Western Canada include the multi-award-winning 1 million sq. ft. LEED ND Gold urban mixed-use neighbourhood known as Uptown, in Saanich; the 227,000 sq. ft. LEED Gold urban-infill office tower located at 601 West Hastings Street in Vancouver; and the 235,730 sq. ft. Southland Park IV premier office tower in suburban Calgary. Currently in the planning and entitlements phase in Coquitlam are two transit-oriented mixed-use projects that jointly comprise more than 5.3 million sq. ft. in 14 towers up to 60 storeys in height.
