Holly Arnold has led many teams through complex residential projects, large and small over 25 years. She enjoys the unique challenges of each new project and applying ideas and thinking with the strength of the team to arrive at creative solutions for clients. Holly is interested in ways that architects and designers can impact the cost of building through design. At a recent AIA National Convention, she led a panel discussion titled “The Housing Crisis, How Architects Can Drive Change”. By understanding the basics of the total cost of a project, the design team together with developers and builders can approach projects looking for economy in areas with the greatest potential impact on overall project cost.
