Jeff Rank is the Senior Vice President, Leasing, BC at QuadReal Property Group, and his role is to oversee all leasing activity for the BC office and industrial portfolio, directly involved in its new development projects most recently, The Post, XChange Business Park, and Oakridge Park. He brings over 35 years of real estate experience to QuadReal (and an employee since the company’s inception), having come from Bentall Kennedy in the role of Vice President Project Development. Prior work experience includes Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, and Vice President, Leasing at Bentall Real Estate Services. He remains active in giving back to the industry, contributing to the development of new commercial licensees through teaching at BCFSA, and also to community as a member of the Kettle Society board.
