Jon Leugner is Senior Director of Real Estate and oversees industrial, retail, office and mixed used portfolios of assets in Metro Vancouver, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, as well as engaging in Government Relations, Entitlement & Planning, and overall Real Estate Management responsibilities including the planning and execution of new ground up development, repositioning of properties and existing IPP assets. Prior to Hungerford, Jon held various roles ranging from specializing in leasing with a national real estate advisory firm to a development and real estate and government relations manager for a national telecommunications company. With over 17 years of real estate, development and leasing experience, and over 500+ transactions, Jon brings a vast array of transactional, development and operational best practice to the team. Jon is a board member of the Vancouver Chapter of NAIOP and a member of its Government Relations Committee.
