Luke Moran has over 18 years of commercial real estate experience. Currently serving as Vice President of Leasing for The Peterson Group, he is responsible for a large commercial portfolio which includes over 2.2 million square feet and an additional 1 million square feet of potential mixed-use development.
In previous roles, Luke has managed and leased assets ranging from super regional shopping centres to AAA office space to grocery anchored community shopping centres. Recently, successfully pre-leasing 1280 Burrard Place during the pandemic. Prior to Luke's real estate career he served as Special Assistant to Ontario's Minister of Economic Development and Trade.
Luke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia and an Urban Land Economics Diploma from The University of British Columbia. Luke was born in Edmonton, raised in Toronto, and he currently lives with his wife here in Vancouver.
