As Client Relationship Leader for Gensler’s Vancouver office, Michelle Roundell directs strategic business planning and drives business development through ongoing industry engagement, manages the creative efforts on workplace and interiors projects, and oversees the early design phases to ensure success. Michelle has spent most of her 25-year career as a motivated relationship builder, focused on uncovering client challenges and executing strategic, measurable solutions. She brings experience in building and coaching a diverse team of cross-functional individuals and guiding how they partner with clients across a diverse breadth of practices including office, mixed-use, residential, professional services, sciences, technology, entertainment, and education spaces. Michelle is an active participant with NAIOP and currently serves on the Board of Directors for CREW Vancouver.
