Paula Benham-Parker joined Concert Properties in January 2023. In her current role as Vice President, Investments, she oversees the B.C. and Alberta team that is actively engaged in the asset management, commercial leasing & tenant relations management (including pre-leasing for development properties), term financing and acquisitions & dispositions for the B.C. & Alberta portfolio of industrial, office, retail and residential rental properties. Prior to joining Concert Properties, Paula held various Director level positions, including Director of Asset Management and Director of Leasing, at a large institutional landlord.

Paula is an honours graduate of the University of British Columbia’s Bachelor of Commerce program with a double major in Finance and Real Estate. Paula's past service to the Vancouver chapter includes holding the role of Vice President, co-chairing the Breakfast Committee and participating on the Developing Leader Committee
