Peter Reardon joined Nathanson Schachter & Thompson LLP in 2020 after practicing for many years with a national firm. He is widely recognized as one of Canada’s leading bankruptcy and insolvency lawyers. Peter has represented clients at all levels of court including the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Canada, Appeal Division and the Supreme Court of Canada. He specializes in insolvency and restructuring law and has extensive experience in commercial matters, banking litigation, conflicts of law, administrative and constitutional law and landlord and tenant disputes. Peter has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada, Lexpert and Who’s Who Legal.

Peter has been a frequent lecturer at conferences across the country, including recently at the Chartered Business Evaluators Institute Congress in 2022 and at the CLE’s Foreclosure Practice course in 2022 and 2023. Peter is a member of the prestigious Insolvency Institute of Canada.
