Ryan Hall is a Senior Director, Leasing & Asset Manager at Anthem Properties Group. Anthem is a real estate development, investment and management company with a portfolio of 320 residential, commercial and retail projects across western North America. Anthem’s current and past projects include more than 20,500 homes built, in design or under construction, more than 9 million square feet of retail, industrial, residential rental and office space, and 8,500 acres of land across Alberta, British Columbia and California. As Senior Director of Leasing and Asset Management, Ryan works collaboratively with Anthem’s property teams to facilitate the visioning and strategic planning for a variety of income producing properties (IPP). Leveraging his understanding of commercial and residential asset classes, markets and tenants, Ryan supports the physical and financial growth of Anthem’s IPP portfolio to maximize income and add value in accordance with an asset’s vision.
