Steve Jedreicich is a Senior Development & Acquisitions presence in Metro Vancouver who is assisting multiple clients in their land purchasing and approval processes. Steve has a BSc in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology. After significant work in architecture and construction in the United States, he has spent the last two decades working with top-tier developers in BC’s Lower Mainland, including his leadership in developing master plan communities such as Southgate City in Burnaby and The Gardens in Richmond. His experience has led to a broad perspective on various project types, including concrete high-rise, mixed-use, wood frame residential, office and vertical industrial. In addition, he has expertise in creating and growing productive, successful teams for various organizations and developing start-up companies into large scale city builders.
