AJ Slivinski is a visionary with his primary focuses being on values, leadership, and service. His current vision as President/Owner of Mayfield Management Group Ltd. (MMG) is to lead a world-class organization of an incredible team of diverse professionals who not only specialize in residential property management services but continually focus on exceeding customer’s expectations. AJ brings a wealth of experience with over 30 years of knowledge from senior marketing, sales and operations positions. He has a unique perspective on what owners and property managers want (and more importantly what they need) based on the fact of himself owning/managing apartment buildings for over two decades. His vision led his investment company to be the first in Canada to bring to market an unsubsidized 20-unit multi-family shipping container (sea-can) apartment rental building. He was recognized by IREM in 2017 for the project as a nominee for Innovator of the Year along side several international companies.
