Aubrey Kelly

Aubrey Kelly has over 25 years of experience in the real estate development industry and is an MBA graduate from Simon Fraser University. Prior to joining UBC Properties Trust, Aubrey was President & CEO of Surrey City Development Corporation (SCDC). He joined SCDC in 2009 as Vice President Construction and Development, became Chief Operating Officer in 2012 and was appointed the President and CEO in 2014. During his time at SCDC Aubrey was responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the development team to advance the City’s financial, social, business and community goals through the development of the City’s surplus land holdings, acquisition of properties for development and the acquisition of income producing properties. Earlier in his career, Aubrey was Vice President Development and Construction for WestStone Properties. Aubrey has worked with several charitable organizations in Mexico implementing various humanitarian objectives such as building schools, bridges and housing projects.
