In December 2017, Bryn Oliver joined Capital Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. as a Principal within the Capital group of companies and as a founding partner of Capital Commercial Investment Services (CCIS). Prior to joining Capital, Bryn spent a decade with a competing global commercial real estate company. Bryn has amassed a significant portfolio of investment brokerage experience while working with Canada’s most significant institutional and private real estate investors, having completed many of the largest multifamily single asset and portfolio investment sales throughout both Manitoba and Saskatchewan. The CCIS team, are recognized as the market leaders in the area of investment brokerage within the Canadian Prairies and have generated in excess of $2B in transaction volume.
