With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, David is the Vice President of US Operations and Head of IPB Properties. In this role, David leads the strategic direction and execution of large-scale residential and mixed-use developments in key US markets, including Seattle, Washington, and Nashville, Tennessee.

David’s background includes significant experience in construction, having previously served as Vice President of Construction at Bosa Properties (BPI), where he was responsible for the coordination, delivery, and execution of all BPI construction projects. Prior to BPI, David spent spent 18 years at Ledcor, one of North America’s largest construction companies, working across a variety of high-growth markets.
