Franca Cerqueti has always had a passion for finance, real estate and meeting people. She currently holds the position Managing Director Western Canada at CMLS Financial, a Commercial Mortgage Lending Services company that was established in 1974 in Vancouver, B.C. She currently oversees BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and has significant growth plans with her region poised to fund $3B in mortgage transactions this year. Franca specializes in origination and leading a team that provides creative and unique credit structures for commercial real estate financing on a variety of assets classes for privately owned development and real estate investment companies. She has over 25 years experience in commercial real estate financing across Western Canada and has extensive background in construction (CMHC and conventional), development, bridge and long-term financing for mid-large developers and investors. Franca holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Finance) from University of Manitoba.
