James Blair is a Senior Vice President of Investments at Marcus and Millichap, where he specializes in multifamily and development site sales throughout British Columbia.
James’ career in real estate spans more than 12 years. He joined Marcus and Millichap in August 2020 after nearly 5 years as a leading producer at a global real estate firm and several years prior at a boutique multifamily firm in Vancouver. With experience in every major market in the province, James has been involved in the sale of over 200 apartment buildings and development sites, amassing over $1 billion of sales transactions.
He is involved with several initiatives including being an ambassador for World Housing and sits on the Board of Directors for LandlordBC.
