James Blair is a Managing Director of Investments at Marcus and Millichap, where he co-leads the McEvay Blair Multifamily Group specializing in multifamily and development site sales throughout British Columbia.

James’ career in real estate spans more than 14 years. He joined Marcus and Millichap to lead the multifamily division in August 2020 after nearly 5 years as a leading producer at a global real estate firm and several years prior at a boutique multifamily firm in Vancouver. With experience in every major market in the province, James has been involved in the sale of over 300 apartment buildings and development sites, amassing over $2 billion of sales transactions.

He is involved with several initiatives including being an ambassador for World Housing and sits on the Board of Directors for LandlordBC.
