Janice Gobin is the Regional Manager, Residential Operations West for QuadReal Residential Properties LP. Janice has been with QuadReal since 2019 and is responsible for the residential operations of 19 communities in BC and AB. Prior to joining QuadReal, Janice worked for Boardwalk, starting her property management career in 2007. Janice has been a member of IREM since 2008 when she obtained her ARM designation, followed by her CPM in 2009.
