Jordan Forfar began his commercial real estate career in 2015, with a dedicated focus on rental apartments, having closed in excess of $5 B to date. He is responsible for originating CMHC-insured multifamily term and construction loans, in addition to conventional bridge, acquisition, and second mortgage loan opportunities. Jordan works with a wide range of clients across Canada, including private investors, REITs, and mortgage brokers. Prior to joining KingSett, he served as a Director in the Commercial Mortgage Group at MCAP Financial Corp. Jordan is a CFA Charterholder and holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Finance from York University, where he was also recognized as an Academic All-Canadian.
