Keaton Wolansky focuses on debt advisory and structured finance for commercial real estate clients. He structures innovative debt and equity capital solutions, while supporting all major asset classes and investment strategies.

Prior to joining CMLS, he originated and managed a portfolio across Western Canada, bringing experience from both a national capital markets brokerage platform and a Schedule I bank environment. Mr. Wolansky has extensive experience across land and development, construction, acquisition, repositioning/bridge, takeout and term financing, as well as loan sale advisory.
