Kendal Harazny co-founded Wexford Developments in 2014. Wexford Developments is a multi-national real estate investment, development, and management company, operating in nine cities in Western Canada and Arizona, with over $500 million of assets under management, and a near term development pipeline exceeding $800 million. Prior to forming Wexford Developments, Mr. Harazny worked for a US based private equity firm, managing their Western Canadian real estate portfolio. He was previously employed by PwC in their insolvency and restructuring group specializing in distressed real estate and construction companies. Mr. Harazny is a graduate of the University of Alberta, with a Bachelor of Commerce.
