Kimberly Leriger is the Vice President of National Operations with QuadReal Residential Properties. Kimberly has been with QuadReal since 2018 and is responsible for the residential operations of 41 communities in BC, Alberta and Ontario. Prior to joining QuadReal, Kimberly worked for Bentall Kennedy and started her property management career with Boardwalk in 2001. Kimberly has been a member of IREM since 2005 when she obtained her ARM designation, followed by her CPM in 2009. She is also a licensed real estate professional in property management in both Alberta and BC. Kimberly joined the Calgary Residential Rental Association’s Board of Directors in 2020 and holds the position of Director.
