Lacy Samson

Lacy joined ICM in 2021 as Director of Residential Property Management, bringing over 12 years of expertise in the property management industry. Starting as a Junior Property Manager at Mainstreet Equities, Lacy oversaw the Edmonton West region, managing more than 800 units. From there, she advanced to Midwest Property Management, where she spent the majority of her career overseeing a portfolio of over 1,200 units. Before joining ICM, Lacy served as a Senior Property Manager at Centurion.

In 2022, Lacy earned an associate license with RECA, and is currently a candidate for the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through REIC, completing her Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) credentials.

At ICM, Lacy oversees and manages the residential portfolio and plays a key role in driving business development initiatives.
