Lacy Samson joined ICM Property Services in 2021, as the Director, Residential Property Management. During Lacy’s journeyed career, she has managed several different teams, properties, and portfolios. She started her journey in property management after moving to Edmonton, Alberta in 2012. Lacy became a Regional Property Manager for Mainstreet Equity Corp, on the west side and central Edmonton area. Following the momentum of her move, Lacy then joined Midwest Property Management in 2013 as a Property Manager. Here she led a team of over 25 staff members and was responsible for a residential portfolio in addition to, a modular home-park in Leduc. Lacy’s portfolio spread over Alberta in four different markets which included: Edmonton, Red Deer, Calgary and Medicine Hat. In 2021, Lacy took her career to new heights after joining Centurion Property Associates as a Senior Property Manager and moved quickly into her role as Director at ICM.
