With 27 years of experience in property operations, Lizaine Wheeler has established herself as a leader in the industry. Holding an MBA and the CPM designation, she is also a fully licensed Associate in Property Management with the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA).

Lizaine’s career has been defined by her passion for property management and her ability to drive operational excellence. She has held executive roles as Vice President of Operations at Boardwalk REIT, Mainstreet Equities, and Northview Apartment REIT. Throughout her career, she has managed properties across eight provinces and two territories, overseeing more than 26,000 residential units and over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space while at Northview.

Her expertise lies in building high-performing teams and implementing operational efficiencies that maximize returns. This strategic approach has contributed to the success of numerous properties and portfolios under her leadership.

Today, Lizaine is the President and owner of unitiiPM, an Alberta-based third-party property management company with a growing portfolio of over 3,400 units. She remains committed to delivering exceptional service and results, leveraging her extensive experience to support property owners and investors in optimizing their assets.
