Nadeem is the founder and president of GreenBirch Capital, and he has worked in commercial mortgages for close to a decade. Throughout his career, he has underwritten and funded well over $4 billion commercial mortgages. Nadeem holds a MBA from Queens University, an undergraduate business (HBA) degree from the Ivey Business School, and is a CPA in Canada.
