Paul Richter joined CoStar in early 2021 as Director of Market Analytics for Western Canada. Before his time at CoStar, he directed research teams tracking the commercial real estate market nationwide and in the creation of innovative data products at RealNet Canada and Altus Group. Paul is a Vancouver-based analyst and researcher with deep industry knowledge and is regularly called upon to provide market commentary to his clients and in the press. His work has provided the opportunity to understand the industry from multiple perspectives, including brokerage, appraisal, and a tech start-up.
