Phil Milroy is the President of Westcorp Inc., a vertically integrated, full-service real estate company that he founded in 1980. Westcorp’s activities include investment, development, leasing, marketing, property management, and construction of multi-family, hospitality, office, retail and industrial properties with a primary focus on the Western Canadian Marketplaces. In 1984, he earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the National Association of Realtors in Illinois, U.S. In 1988, he became a faculty member of the Alberta Real Estate Association and a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association.
