Richie Bhamra co-leads the CBRE National Investment Team in Calgary. He has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in the sale of office, retail, industrial and multifamily assets, resulting in over $18B of closed investment transactions. His ability to recognize shifts in the marketplace allows him to provide real-time and reliable guidance to investors across the country with the priority of building and maintaining honorable relationships. Richie is a four-time recipient of the Hutcheson Award which recognizes the top investment team in the country and a two-time recipient of the investment deal of the year at the NAIOP REX Awards. He and his Team consistently complete 60-70% of all investments transactions in the Calgary marketplace, greater than $10M.
