Roelof van Dijk serves as the Deputy Managing Director for the Real Estate Group with Informa, which delivers 18 Real Estate Forums and Conferences across Canada, and over 50 Real Estate Conferences across the U.S. each year. Prior to joining Informa, Roelof held positions with several industry-leading organizations, including serving as the Senior Director of Market Analytics and Research for Colliers Canada, the Head of Market Analytics and Market Economist for Canada with the CoStar Group, and the National Research Manager at CBRE Canada. In these roles, Roelof has authored numerous articles and has appeared on BNN Bloomberg Television, Global National News, and CBC Radio. Roelof has also been quoted in the national press, including the Globe & Mail, CBC News, Bloomberg News, Reuters, and the National Post. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, he worked as a Project Manager and Urban Planning Consultant for residential developers in the Greater Toronto Area, and as an analyst with a Canadian bank. Roelof holds an MBA with a focus on real estate and a degree in Urban and Regional Planning.
