Going forward, Rohit is focused on growing the company’s existing $1.4B platform through the expansion of affordable housing partnerships, infrastructure joint ventures, and retail development. At the center of his strategy is BuildBase, a spin-out builder SaaS solution that serves as the backbone of the organization, which Rohit is leveraging to drive operational efficiency while delivering a higher-quality customer and vendor experience across all business lines. He is actively involved as a Board Member of BILD Edmonton Metro and a founding member of the National Apartment Council.
