Thomas Chibri advises and consults clients on their acquisition and disposition strategies along with portfolio planning, working alongside a team of nine professionals. He has extensive experience across all asset classes and deal sizes ranging from $2 million to $500 million.

As a member CBRE’s National Investment Team – Edmonton, Thomas has been involved in more than $9 billion of successful transactions, including landmark sales of Stantec Tower ($517.5 million), Edmonton Tower ($400 million) and Edmonton City Centre ($311.5 million). He leads the multifamily practice and co-heads all institutional-grade industrial, office and retail sales. In addition to the sale of income producing properties, Thomas has experience leveraging his relationships and sourcing equity for joint venture developments. Thomas prioritizes client objectives and has become a key advisor to numerous prominent owners in their portfolio planning and strategy decisions.

Born and raised in Edmonton, Thomas has an affinity for the city and believes this to be one of the most transformative periods for this great region. He is a University of Alberta alum and has been a CFA chartholder since 2016. Outside of work, he is an avid “weekend warrior” successfully completing multiple ultramarathons and multi-disciplinary physical challenges. Thomas is steadfast in the importance of family and is driven by his wife and three children. He is on the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation’s Board of Trustees and 2026 Chair of Stollery’s Tee Up For Tots golf invitational.
