Tushar Gambhir oversees the Canadian Multifamily platform at Manulife Investment Management. Tushar works closely with the transactions, asset and portfolio management teams across the country to scale the MIM Canadian residential platform. Tushar focuses on implementing on Manulife IM’s residential development pipeline, in addition to leading the creation and implementation of asset strategies for the existing portfolio. Prior to Manulife, Tushar held successively senior roles in investments and asset management at Starlight Investments, and Amcor Holdings, a Montreal based real estate private equity firm. Tushar studied law in UK at the Universities of Warwick and Cardiff and worked in investment banking before entering the commercial real estate industry. An active member of the CRE community, Tushar is a member of a NAIOP committee in Toronto, and is co-chair of the scholarship and outreach committee for RealStories.
