Brett Intrater (Personal Real Estate Corporation) is an Executive Vice President (EVP) and Team Co-Lead on the Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson Investment Team (“CWSIT”) and EVP - Cushman & Wakefield National Capital Markets Group having joined as an agent trainee in 2016 and has been a top producing agent since 2018. Brett specializes in the sale of income-producing investment properties in all asset classes, and land and building sales for development. Brett has represented REITs, pension funds, large public companies and private investors both in an agency representation capacity and a tenant or buyer representation capacity.

Brett obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business and is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Future Leaders and President’s Roundtable.
