Bryce Alston is the Director of Alston Properties, a private real estate investment and development company with operations in Victoria, Calgary, and Winnipeg. Bryce expanded the business into Winnipeg in 2014 and is responsible for all asset and property management, development, and construction activities in Winnipeg. Alston Properties is actively involved in existing asset repositioning, adaptive re-use, and new development of commercial and multi-family rental properties. Alston Properties has been one of the most active developers in downtown Winnipeg in the last decade.

Bryce holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Calgary and a degree in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia.
